Kundalini is from the word "kundal", which means coiled energy: the creative potenial of an individual. This is a natural part of ourself, waiting to be uncoiled so you can become your own master piece....Kundalini yoga gives you the technology to reveal your beautiful SELF.
As Yogi Bhajan puts it "Don't find the Master, BE the Master"
A typical Kundalini yoga class consists of:
Pranayam (breath), Dynamic asana (postures), Mantra(sound), Mudra( sacred hand positions),Yoga Nidra(deep relaxation) and Meditation.
